Meet Tommy:
Owner and President - Owner, builder, Jeep enthusiast, and proud dad with a deep love for Jesus, Luke Combs, and a good dad joke. Never backs down from a little friendly competition and could talk about his kids for days (seriously, don’t get him started). Started his building career in Dallas with a national home builder before returning to his hometown in 2003 to launch Crabtree Homes. A past president of the West Area Council and current board member for the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Tommy believes relationships—with clients, trades, and the community—are the foundation of everything.
Meet Cindi:
Manager - Manager of the madness – Wife, mom of 3, and master of all the moving parts. Salt & vinegar chip connoisseur with a taste for adventurous eats. Lives for baseball diamonds, not the sparkly kind. Crime show junkie who could probably solve a case faster than the BAU. Keeps the team on track with a snack in hand and a to-do list that never quits.
Meet Brandi:
Design Manager - guiding customers along the design and selection process - Mommy to 5 & wife to 1. Can out-martha Martha Stewart. Makes a mean salsa. Quilt collector. Always has a cup of sugar you can borrow. Gift giver extraordinaire. Sherlock Holmes and Matlock have nothing on her.
Meet Shanna:
Design Team - Design team dynamo – Momma of 2, wife to 1. Spends weekends in a lawn chair soaking up sunshine and softball games. Outdoorsy at heart with a love for fishing, hiking, and hitting the road. Red Dirt Country in her earbuds, 80’s hair bands in her soul, and a True Crime podcast always queued up. Loves tacos, good vibes, and making spaces feel like home.
Meet KB:
Builder - Builder, snake wrangler, and world traveler—KB’s done it all. Soccer-loving dad of two who’s never met a stranger and always brings the fun. Equal parts organized and competitive, with a heart of gold and a passport full of stamps. Loyal, hardworking, and always ready to lend a hand (or catch a snake). If there’s a challenge, KB’s already halfway through it—with a smile.
Meet Madison:
Builder - Builder by day, pickleball champ by night. Madison grew up an Air Force brat with a house full of brothers and a never-ending love for competition. Always up for a hike, a workout, or a game he must win. Eats chicken and rice like it's a food group, but will drop it all for a chocolate chip cookie. Customers adore him (and keep inviting him to dinner). Brings the wit and the charm everywhere he goes. Athletic, hilarious, and always the guy you want on your team—unless it’s trivia night. Then you're just trying to keep up.
Meet Rhylee:
Business Development - Handles bids, builds portals, and keeps the business growing – People-watching pro turned powerhouse mom. Raised on a pig farm, now living that glam life with lashes on point and a Stanley cup always in hand. New wife, new mom, and forever a go-getter. Has a deep-bellied laugh that fills the room and an eye for detail that misses nothing. Finds the best deals, cracks the best jokes, and somehow keeps us all organized while looking fabulous. Basically our very own glam farm girl meets business boss.
Meet Lynae:
Office Manager - Keeps our books balanced and our builders in line – Office wrangler & ranch queen. North Carolina raised with a southern accent as sweet as her tea. OSU grad, cattle lover, sale barn veteran, and professional dog spoiler. Red-headed firecracker who runs on grit and a walking pad. Handles every sub's bill and payment like a pro. Keeps the ranch guys fed and the office rolling. Sharp as a tack, quick with a comeback, and never misses a detail. Don’t let the smile fool you—she’s a spitfire with a spreadsheet.
Integrity and stewardship are central to the core values of our company. Inspired by the adoption of Tommy’s youngest child, our clients & partners support more than just our local business– proceeds from every home built go to support mission work in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
From these proceeds, we were able to start a social business in Ethiopia that invests in the women of the local community, support many needed medical procedures, host a street boys ministry, partner with Shamida orphanage, Make Your Mark International, and take many other steps to further the Gospel in our “village” in Ethiopia.
